Well, I’ve told you my story, and talked about issues surrounding OCD, I don’t expect you to read this and think I’m an expert, but like I said, I am someone with experience with OCD, so maybe this kind of does make me, in a way an expert. Anyway, please read this again and understand what you or a loved one is going through, look further on the internet for more information, there are many help groups out there, remember you need to communicate to deal with OCD, don’t be alone.
